Abstract Submission Steps for Authors
Welcome to the AAS 2026 Submission Portal. Submitting your abstract is a quick, two-step process. Please follow the instructions below:
Please read the abstract submission guidelines before preparation of the abstract.
Step 1: Make Submission (Enter Your Details)

Click on Make Submission under the "Authors" menu.

Fill in the required fields: Consent, Submission Title, Details of the presenting author(under Contact Author), Names and affiliations of all authors, Topic Areas (Category 1 or 2), and Key words.

Select your preferred track.

Paste the plain text of your abstract directly into the provided abstract body space.

Add any Optional Comments, such as your preferred presentation mode.

Click submit. Important: The system will generate a Submission ID and a Password. Please write these down or save them, as you will need them for Step 2.
Step 2: Upload File (Attach Your Formatted Document)

Return to the main portal menu.

Click on Upload File under the "Authors" menu.

Enter your Submission ID and Password.

Upload your fully formatted abstract (Title, authors, affiliations, body, and keywords) strictly as an MS Word (
.doc) document.
